How much of what holding the coin gave did a holder of the fund keep?
Coin Capture Score is where a fund sits among the crypto ETFs it can honestly be compared with, on that one question. That is two sets on this desk rather than one: 28 spot crypto ETPs listed less than a year (median 50, top 98.2) and 24 spot crypto ETPs with a full year (median 51, top 97.9). It is a rank inside a set turned into a percentile, so no fund reaches 100 and none reaches 0. A percentile has no weights to argue with and can be recomputed by anyone with the file.
A high score is not a recommendation and a low one is not a warning. These funds all hold the same kind of thing, so the score is close to a fee ranking with the market’s pricing of the shares in it. It says nothing about the coin. Funds listed less than a year are ranked among themselves, because a tracking gap compounds and a short record has not had time to accumulate one. How it is computed
