Gold miners ETFs: what each one holds
Funds that hold the companies that mine gold, rather than the metal itself. A miner’s shares and an ounce of gold do not move by the same amount. 10 funds, largest first, measured by holdings rather than by name. The typical fund carries 5% of its weight in S&P 500 names, which is the 50th most of the 53 themes here with filed books.
The short answers
What these funds actually own
Between them the 10 funds' ten largest holdings name 54 companies, of which 19 appear in more than one. Newmont Corp is among the ten largest of 6 of them, at an average of 10.8% of the fund.

How this is counted
Each fund files its whole book and this counts the ten largest out of it, so a fund missing from a row may still hold that company below its own tenth position. Weights are of the funds that name it, never of the theme.
Share of each fund's weight in companies that are also in the S&P 500. Above half, a theme fund is mostly the S&P 500 under a different name.
White marker is the S&P 500 over the same days, +17.3%. Last column is the gap in points.

How to read the grid
Weight overlap is the sum, over every company both funds hold, of the smaller of the two weights. Funds whose published book is cut short are left out rather than compared short, which would read as two funds being more different than they are.
What each fund holds alone
The largest holding no other fund in the grid holds, and how much of the fund is in names none of the others own.
