Top Dividend ETFs, ranked by net assets, largest first, as of Oct 9, 2026. Yield, price change and total return run over each fund’s year, Oct 9, 2025 to Oct 9, 2026. Source: ETFIQ.

Method

The 12-month yield is every distribution a fund paid over the year, as a percent of its price on the first day of that year.

The rest of the method

Total return is the price change with those distributions reinvested, over the same days. The fee is the expense ratio from the fund’s own filing. The funds are those ETFIQ places in Stocks whose prospectus names an index that screens or weights by dividend, less any that write options; a fund’s name does not decide it. 79 ETFs that track a dividend index qualify with a full year, and the 15 largest are listed. The list sorts one published figure, with no scoring or weighting. Every fund ETFIQ covers in this category is eligible, closed funds included.
