A spot coin fund promises the coin less its fee. Within half a point of that after the fee is tracking; past one and a half points, holders lost more than the fee explains. 16 funds are not measured: it holds futures or a strategy, so the spot coin is not its promise (14); it is thinly quoted (2). The category's Promise Index leads with the share of its measured funds that Delivered, with the share of its measured net assets they hold beside it. The order is net assets, largest first. The list sorts one published number, with no scoring or weighting. Every one of the 70 crypto ETFs ETFIQ covers is eligible. The window on the table: 1 year, Oct 27, 2025 to Oct 27, 2026.
