The largest covered call ETFs
Cash paid and total return are different questions. A fund can lead the first column and trail the last one, and several here do.

Method
A covered call fund holds the assets and sells calls on them. ETFIQ measures 109 of them, of which 102 publish net assets. Across the funds listed here the cash paid over the last year runs from 5.2% to 14.2%. Size is not a measure of anything a fund did. It is where the money is. The ranking is the published field sorted, nothing else: no scoring, no weighting and no view on any fund. Every fund ETFIQ covers in this category is eligible, including funds that have closed, because leaving them out would flatter the category.
