Method

Both inputs are published: the fee from the prospectus, the index weight from the fund's own holdings filing. The product is the fee a holder pays on the part of the fund the S&P 500 already covers. The ranking is the published field sorted, nothing else: no scoring, no weighting and no view on any fund. Every fund ETFIQ covers in this category is eligible, including funds that have closed, because leaving them out would flatter the category.
