### What was in the last one

Sent Oct 23, 2026, subject line 41 of 52 spot crypto ETPs stayed within a point of the coin they hold . Its four lists were:

- Every spot bitcoin ETF, against bitcoin itself the fund’s return minus the coin’s, 11 funds

- Alternatives ETFs furthest ahead of T-bills total return minus BIL’s, in percentage points, 15 funds

- The largest buffer ETFs net assets, 15 funds

- The highest yielding option income ETFs cash distributions as a percent of the starting price, 15 funds

Every list is a page on this site, so nothing in the note is behind the email. The note is the edit: which four, out of 314, and what was worth saying about them that week.

Every trading week ETFIQ also publishes the weekly ETF flows report : the ETFs, issuers and categories that took in and lost the most money.

### What it is not

It is not a recommendation and it does not tell you what to buy. ETFIQ sells nothing and takes nothing from any issuer, so no fund appears in a list because somebody paid for it to. Every number is calculated from a named public source and the source is linked. Standards and sources sets out the whole of it.

### When it goes out, and what the numbers are

Friday morning. The numbers are the previous night's build, which is why every number in the note is dated the day before it arrives: a note carrying data from the morning it is sent would be carrying numbers nobody had checked. Every category is rebuilt every trading night from the filings and the prices, so a list in this week's note can differ from the same list last week because the funds moved, not because the method did.

### Alerts are a different thing

The note is one email a week about the whole market. If you want to hear about particular funds instead, a buffer ETF reaching its cap or an income ETF falling behind its benchmark, that is alerts , and the two do not depend on each other.
