### In plain words

Liquidity is how easily you can trade a fund at a fair price. It has two layers: the fund’s own trading, seen in the spread, and the basket underneath, since easy-to-trade holdings keep a fund tradable on a quiet day.

The IQ Liquidity Score runs 0 to 100 on fixed anchors; the median across 1,150 scored funds is 75. It combines cost, how closely price follows value, how much of the basket trades in a day, and how many authorized participants serve the fund. A fund missing an input gets no score, not a guess. The category percentile shows beside it.

### Questions

What is a good liquidity score? The scale runs from 0 to 100. The median scored fund is 75. The guide to the score lists the anchors.

Is trading volume the same as liquidity? No. A quiet fund can still trade well if its holdings are easy to trade. ETFIQ looks at both.

Why do some funds have no score? A score needs the inputs to be read. A fund with a missing input is left unscored.
